Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We work together with DPD and DHL for the processing, shipping and handling of orders. This makes it possible to deliver within 24 hours from Monday to Saturday when you place an order before 12:00.
If you have not received your order after 4 days, please contact our customer service at baratokidsenzo@gmail.com We will be happy to help you as soon as possible.

POSTAGE COSTS
Your order will be delivered door to door by DPD or DHL to an address specified by you, for example at home or at work.
For orders within the Netherlands we ask for a contribution towards handling and shipping costs of € 4.95 and for orders in Belgium this is € 7.00.
You can also benefit from free shipping. This applies to orders above € 75 in both the Netherlands and Belgium.
For orders from other European countries, you benefit from free shipping on orders over €75.
DELIVERY VIA DHL or DPD
DHL or DPD will deliver your package the next day (also on Saturdays) if you place an order before 12:00 at the address you provided.
Orders of 1 item fit through the letterbox. In all other cases, your order will be sent and offered as a package. DHL or DPD delivers the package to you and if you are not at home, it will be delivered to the neighbors or you will receive a note in the mailbox with further instructions about your order.
Make sure you check your address details carefully, because once the order has been processed, no adjustments can be made.
RETURNS
After receiving your items you legally have 14 days to return, however we believe so much in our Baratos products that we give you no less than 30 days to return your items.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.
Should the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to sell the product, then we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.
To create a return, simply email our customer service at baratokidsenzo@gmail.com. You will receive the withdrawal form and you must fill it in and add it to the return.
As soon as we have received your return, we will process it and refund your money as soon as possible, but no later than 14 working days.
