Shipping & Returns


We work together with DHL for the processing, shipping and handling of orders. This makes it possible to deliver within 24 hours from Monday to Saturday if you place an order before 16:00.

If you have not received your order after 4 days, please contact our customer service via We will be happy to help you as soon as possible.

Your order will be delivered door-to-door by DHL to an address you specify, for example at home or at work.

For orders within the Netherlands we ask a contribution for handling and shipping costs of € 4.95 and for orders in Belgium this is € 7.95.

You can also take advantage of free shipping. This applies to orders over €50 in both the Netherlands and Belgium.

For orders from other European countries, you benefit from free shipping on orders over €75.


DHL will deliver your package the next day (also on Saturdays) if you place an order before 16:00 at the address you specified.

Orders of 1 item fit through the letterbox. In all other cases, your order will be sent and offered as a package. DHL delivers the package to you and if you are not at home it will be done at the neighbors or you will receive a note in the letterbox with further instructions about your order.

Make sure you check your address details carefully, because once the order has been processed, no more changes can be made.


After receiving your items you legally have 14 days to return, however we believe in our Baratos products so much that we give you no less than 30 days to return your items.

For items where hygiene is important, such as underwear, you can only return it in the unopened and original packaging.

You can try on other items first, but if you want to return them, this must always be in the original packaging.

If the items are damaged, we can charge this.

To make a return, simply email our customer service via You will receive the withdrawal form and this must be completed with the return.

As soon as we have received your return, we will process it and refund your money as soon as possible, but no later than 14 working days.
